Job Description:We are currently searching for a highly skilled, field-based IT Engineer with specializations in Network and Systems Administration to join our dynamic team. This role requires a passion for technology and problem-solving, coupled with solid field experience in IT network and administration, and the ability to manage complex network operations.Responsibilities:1. Install, configure, and support network equipment including routers, proxy servers, switches, WAN accelerators, DNS, and DHCP.2. Inspect, analyze network traffic, and provide regular performance reports to management.3. Implement and manage network security tools, e.g., firewall, anti-virus, and intrusion detection systems.4. Troubleshoot network issues and outages; schedule updates and upgrades.5. Configure and install software, servers, routers, and other network devices.6. Monitor computer systems to ensure they operate efficiently and securely.7. Evaluate and recommend security improvements and system upgrades.8. Perform technical analyses of software, hardware, and network systems, systems engineering for front-end processors, multiplexes, LAN/WAN communications, network nodes, switches, and various transmission systems.9. Manage user accounts and maintain systems security by controlling system access.10. Provide field technical support for end user devices, including PCs, laptops, printers, etc.
